Do not rent from this company. I would have never rented from Apex because their reputation in town is well known, but the property I live in was taken over by them mid-lease. Requests for maintenance are treated as a nuisance by office staff--I was told to look for another place to live because I asked them to send someone over to take out all the trash left by previous tenants. Everytime they come out to fix the coin operated washing machines, they raise the price to operate. Office staff is rude at best. Assuming you can ever get one to call you back.
