For apartments built in 1995, they look older. I'd say that this is likely due to the wood paneling used for the walls. The layout of the apartments is like a typical apartment... most apartments in this area do not have a layout like that... most are like dorms or studios. And most in the area are really tiny. Location is excellent... Got broken into last year though, so not the best. But a 3-4 minute walking distance from the North side of campus makes up for it all. Parking is fine, but the local towing company is like the mob... they have a deal with the city... and basically it is impossible to have guests over with their cars... sure you can go to the realty office and get a guest pass each week, but it's such a hastle, and half the time people coming over is spontaneous, and the realty company is closed for the day... so they can't come over... leave a car there without a pass for more than 5 minutes and its gone!
