The lease will start on September 1st,2021, and ends on 31st August 2022. Rent is $778 per month without wifi and pg&e but includes all other utilities. I am looking for someone clean, quiet, and respectful. This place is ideal for people who are looking for a quiet study environment. No smoking or similar products. Pets are not allowed.
