For Santa Monica College it takes 30 minutes by bus. All utilities are included to the price. i also have a cleaning team that cleans Apartment unit every month 1 time. It is fully furnished One Bedroom and Bathroom. The apartment has TV, WI-FI, laundry in Unit. There is also gym . It is a very secured area. If you have any issue in the apartment, maintenance team will take care of it as soon as possible.
