Parents avoid this place, my son & his 3 room mates pay $3,200 per month, plus every BS admin fee, turning on utility fee, additional insurance monthly fee. Now they want an additional $150 because they went over their electric allowance. Find somewhere else that won't screw you every chance they can. Additionally my son's car was damaged and NO CAMERAS in the parking lots for our kid's safety, what bullsh1t. ...

I have lived there for a year and feel very safe here. I love that there is an RA in my building who is there if anything were to happen. I also was lucky to get a lake view which makes the apartment feel extremely secluded and cozy

Overall, pretty good, slightly overpriced. Maintenance is usually quick except for around move in times. My roommates were matched pretty well. No pets allowed unless ESA registered. They tow cars with no warning.

I have not yet lived in my apartment because I am at home, but there is a situation with one of my roommate’s boyfriends and the apartment would rather charge us $250 to transfer apartments than to help us trespass him or to file a restraining order against him. He has a criminal record!! In addition, they were very difficult with the process of subleasing my apartment when I was unable to return to Orlando due to covid. ...
