A DEVIANT EMPLOYEE HAS A MASTER KEY TO YOUR APARTMENT and has 24 hr access!!!! This manager is why Miya's Law is necessary! A maintenance worker was reported for yelling at and trying to intimidate a resident...in front of witnesses! Manager did NOTHING except send the SAME maintenance worker back to the same resident's apartment a few days later BY HIMSELF supposedly to replace AC filter. The resident tried to deny access to the apartment, the maintenance worker blocked the door from being closed; walked into the apartment and at the resident. He then walked into the bedroom, looked around, walked into the closet and then into the bathroom. He looked into the shower at the hygiene products, flushed the toilet and informed the resident that he "would be back"! The incident was AGAIN reported to the manager and nothing was done. This incident has been reported to the housing authority and to the police to at least have a record of the worker AND the manager's behaviors. Legal action is being taken. The incidents have also been reported to the State Representatives who are trying to get Miya's Law passed....and expanded!! Just remember....if you live at the Addison...or you are thinking of moving there....this DEVIANT has a key to your apartment and can access it at any time....day or night!!!!! He is still working at the Addison and apparently has the FULL SUPPORT of the manager!!!!!! Other female residents have also expressed concerns about this worker and will not allow anyone in their apartments...they admit to REFUSING to 'secure' their dogs when he is in the apartment! Reports have been filed with the Sherrif's Office and legal action is being taken. This manager and employee is the reason Miya's Law is essential and needs to be expanded!!!!! ...
