This house is run through autumn creek managment. It however is owned/controlled through carlson land trust. Mr. Carlson does not fix anything. It took 3 months after we moved in to get a working bathtub that did not have mold all over the window. Nothing was painted, cleaned, or ready when we moved in. There was still a family living here when we were on the lease to move in. The landlord did not notify the people, and simply kicked them out when we moved in. The landlord asked for a list of things we wanted fixed and never fixed them. Also, the sinks all leak and cause the water to sky rocket. I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
