NEVER RENT FROM KATHRYN AND BRIAN LEBARON! Having rented before I can promise you these are the worst landlords I have ever had. For starters when we first moved in they allowed maintenance men to live in our garage for almost a full two months to replace the siding after everyone in our house hold agreed we didn't feel comfortable with that given we were a house hold of girls. After much rebuttal from us we were told that it was "not our house" and therefore we had no say in the matter. Keep mind we had already signed the lease at this point so for the next two months we endured inappropriate name calling, use of our back yard as a dump sight for cigarettes, and use of our back yard as a restroom. Shortly after these men left our front and back porch lights shorted and no longer provided light to any entry ways. Despite several calls to ask them to be fixed they still were unusable by the time we moved out. In addition there were several things through out the house we asked to be repaired that never were. The back door was not sealed correctly leaving a large gap that allowed air to escape and light to be let it. A window in the upstairs bedroom continuously fell out of the frame nearly causing head injuries on a few occasions and many of the windows lacked screens. During a heavy rain we discovered that the basement walls leak water which we told our landlords about immediately nothing was ever done. Then about two months before we moved out an incident occurred where there was an infestation of flies on the lower level and basement of the house to which they did nothing about. We as tenants killed hundreds of flies spending our own money in the process. Truly one of the most disgusting things I have ever had to do. Recently some of my roommates that lived in the basement were accused of leaving the house smelling like cat urine claiming the floors were ruined which is untrue. To make matters worse we did not receive the deposit back that belonged to us. Some of my roommates were given partial of what they deserved (including myself) and some of them were given nothing and asked to pay more. These landlords do not deserve to be able to rent to other people. This house they sold just after we moved but they rent out more houses and I want anyone who plans on renting from them to be careful and wise. I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2016. ...
