When calling for any type of issue, the management staff makes me feel as if I am bothering them. :( Maintenence WILL go into your apartment when you are not home even if you do not permit it. Change the locks, that way if they complain about it then you know that they were trying to enter without your knowledge. I was lucky to have a decent apartment but I know people personally that did not have as much luck.
