I am staying a second year. They are upgrading and adding laundry facilities to each building. I haven’t had any issues. It’s in a gray location. Kent State bus ipicks you up and drives you to campus and is convenient.

University Oaks is located perfectly next to Kent State University, where it is just a walk away from 2 different bus stops that can take you where you need to go. The apartments themselves have been nicely modified and are the perfect size; not too big, not too small. The units come with various furnitures, and the only outside payment to worry about is electric. They are also pet friendly, which is a major positive. ...

I like being close to campus and being able to use the loop bus for free to get to class. I can hear the other neighbors in the building. The office staff is nice and easy to get in touch with. The apartment is furnished and is affordable.
