I have been here almost a year and I really like the place. It is convenient, quiet, and much nicer than other apartments in the area. Scott Brown is now managing, not sure how that will turn out since they have awful reviews. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...

The apartments are excellent quality but do not have a washer/dryer hook-up but they do have a very small laundry room. The landlords own several apartments and do not keep up with the problems requested.But yes I would recomend them to a friend. They are fairly new apartments I rented from summer '07 through winter '08. ...
