Many insects and rodents in vents and by stairs. Office doesn’t respond at all, and office is always closed even when it’s their opening hours. Rude staff, and if you know anyone who can do maintaince requests call them instead unless you want to wait a couple of months to get whatever issue you need fixed. ...

Cockroaches. Found toilet bathtub and bathroom floor painted to look better - now grabs stains. Leak - manager won’t fix. Then a/c went out. Then sick - eyes infections and respiratory. Daughter can stay here - she coughs. Mold Test denied. Domestic violence disputes upstairs - police say they have multiple reports. Upstairs large dog pees on my balcony. Gym equipment broken. Asked Landlord not to enter without notice approval and us present - she ignores this request. Placed note on doors of complex saying there has been smoking smell complaints but no policy in lease - it’s reads she’ll enter apartments and find evidence if she suspects someone. ...

I feel like its overpriced, but it's really average & you can walk to school! I rented from spring 11 through fall 11.
