About $1,920 / 2br - 2 BD, 2 BR apartment for rent(sublet and extend lease if interested!)
I'm moving out of Austin, TX in May(end of month) and moving out of state. I have to break my lease. I spoke to my property managers on transferring my lease over. And they said I can. The new tenant will basically be added to my lease to sublet until my lease runs out(expires Sept 7, 2022) and then start a fresh lease(if interested in extending) for the current rent I'm paying. I'm in a 2 BD, 2 BR apartment that was newly renovated right before I moved in(moved in Sept, 2021) and so it is in great condition. It's a large apartment with loads of space and pet friendly too(I'm a mom to 2 kitties). The current monthly rent I'm paying is $1920 excluding utilities and other charges. It's a great neighborhood and a good deal for an apartment of this size plus being newly renovated before I moved in. The address is 13401 Metric Blvd, Austin TX, 78727.
