I have lived here for almost three years, and I would like to warn anyone (Especially families with children) who would like to move there. There have been continuous break ins that happened every few weeks for the bast three years. Unfortunately, I was a victim of one of them as well. We all contacted the property manager many times regarding this and the only answer we got is that the landlord is not responsible to protect you. They are advertising this property as gated and luxury apartment rental and unfortunately, they aren’t even able to secure the gate at night and refused to take any steps to prevent this. I have so many videos available showing cars circling at night and people breaking in garages that I caught on my ring cameras that I was forced to install to protect my family. All those videos were sent to the property manager and unfortunately, they did nothing. Many people wrote reviews about this online and the property manager threatened them to terminate their lease if they didn’t remove them. When the time comes to move out, they will do anything possible to hold your security deposit and charge you unfair hundreds of dollars under any excuse. If you have children, this is not a safe community for your family. ...
