(WARNING) They have hired criminal towing services. almost got beat up while paying $325 to get my car back. It was parked in a place that is open to all (been parking there for over 6 years). Thought my car was stolen and called police. Office staff gangster attitude watch out here for fake players. DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE ...

The first 1.5 years here were really good. When the management changed, it is obscene how horrible they treat residents. They treat people like they don't matter at all. Customer service is nil. The property management office LIES, LIES to your face, never returns calls or emails. We have had issues with every appliance, the AC, the Heater, the water pressure, the windows, the ceiling fans. They take an exorbitant amount of time to fix anything and get very frustrated if you call to check the status of simple repairs. The garage (that we paid extra for) door broke and it took months to repair. When it was 60 days before our lease was set to renew (they usually start sending info asking you sign right away) and we did not receive - we spent 30 days making numerous trips in person to the office, and making phone calls to the office, asking why we had not received our lease renewal. We were given the royal run-around for 30 days ... "must be a glitch in the system," "our IT folks will look at it and we will get the lease sent to you tomorrow," "I think you already signed it," "It must have gotten lost," "this is an error we will fix it," "dont worry you'll have plenty of time to sign before your lease is up." For 30 days we got all kinds of excuses of why we had not received the lease renewal. And we were PROMISED they would get our lease renewal sent to us "any day now" for us to sign. Thirty days of these lies and then they left a letter on our door, saying they were not renewing our lease, giving us 30 days to find a new place. We went to office and no one at office would give us an answer as to why?? We have since called, written emails, left messages, gone in person and never even 1x received the courtesy of a return call, or a reason why. It's always "I'm just a temp," "the manager is not here," or "the manager is here but busy." Why in God's green earth if you weren't going to renew a tenant's lease would you lie to them for 30 days??? We could have been looking for another place to live in that time. So now, a teacher who has to start getting her class room ready for the new school year in 3 weeks, has literally 2-3 weeks to find a new apartment, pack and unpack., in this heat. Simply because of these greedy and lying jerks. I have never been as angry at the total lack of human decency and professionalism as I have with this new so-called management company. It should be illegal the games they play with people's homes. This feels very malicious and retaliatory. SMH. Wonder how these jerks sleep at night. ...
