Current Resident

Beautiful property and maintenence busts butt to keep things working. MGMT is the second worst I have experienced. Managament let's residents and trespassers smoke and drink in the pool with no security measures. Not only did they pooch snowvid they have had a full year's worth of incidents and have taken zero action to prevent incidents. In my time here these incidents have taken place and management only replies with "well take this into consideration" the pool got closed the entirety of last summer because fights, broken glass, and a destroyed pool. Tires get slashed Package locker gets broken into Residents get towed People walk around at night threatening violence in which I had to call the cops. Case number 221370825. Management has still done nothing about this at the time of writing. Residents and even non residents know management is very relaxed on safety and security so people throw huge parties here all the time, smoke, do drugs, drink and break glass all Of which I have had to call the cops for many times. If you value your money, let alone your safety steer clear of this property because if you ever have any issues the manager, Kristen, has a track record of taking no action except only to fix damage. Never to prevent it There is a huge trend of increased incidents and zero apparent action taking place to fix the root cause. ...
