I like Cinnamon Tree so much. I have been hear for almost 2 year. There are so many reasons for me to recommend it. I would like to say a few to you. 1. 139th Ward is the best ever. A lot of awesome and kind-hearted people here and tons of fun social activities. 2. It's close to campus. I know that BYU will charge parking fee in this coming fall semester, and Cinnamon Tree is about 11-minute walk to campus. It's very convenient. 3. There are always parking spots here no matter when you come back. Because I had 22 credits last semester and I stayed on campus almost for the whole day. I usually came back after 11:30 pm and I can always find a spot. This is awesome for me. 4. Office staff are super nice and friendly here. If you have any problem, just go to Apt #57 and ask for help. I rented from fall '09 through summer 11. ...

Cinnamon Tree is truly a good place to live if you are looking for a place that is inexpensive but great value for what you pay. Cleaning checks were reasonably strict but not overburdening. Also, parking was never a hassle for me. The on-site laundry is not great, but there is an excellent laundry place just north of Alpine Village that I always used. The 146th Ward is an excellent ward, with a caring bishopric, amazing people, and a lot of diversity. Many of the members have been here for years because they love it so much. If you choose to live here you will want to live in that ward. They are the ward that includes the central quad area with the volleyball court. I rented from Winter 2013 through Spring 2013. ...

Some of the apartments in the complex are nicer than others, but the price is the same for all of them. The internet is slow. We are now going to be charged an extra $10 for the internet which is crazy. The ward is like 65%-70% male, but the ward is really nice. Average rent is 285, but it should be going up to about 295(with utilities added in). For whatever reason, they charged my roommate more money for utilities one month than they did me. It seems sort of weird. The apartments are really old. ...

I love Cinnamon Tree. The management is very understanding and helpful. The apartments are older, but there are great people here and the wards are amazing. Sometimes I would have to park around the back of the apartments if I came home after midnight, but there are ALWAYS enough spots. Started living here summer of 2012 and I am still a resident. ...

Best place I have ever lived at while attending byu. The people are awesome and so is the management. They always answer your questions immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone at byu! I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.

Great Price, for an decent apartment. The management is really not as bad as everyone is saying, sometimes it may take a little more time to fix little inconveniences than most would like, but if there is anything that actually causes a problem, just go into the office talk to the person, fill out a form, and it will get fixed. I had fun here, moved out because I got married. There is plenty of parking. I rented from fall '09 through winter 10. ...

I've enjoyed living at Cinnamon tree, there is a great social atmosphere as long as you are willing to just go outside, Great price, great location, there is ALWAYS parking, it might be in the back, but its always there. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap place to live. One downside if you live in an apartment with 6 guys, there is only 1 refrigerator. But they also have 4 person apartments. I rented from fall 09 to winter 10 (the system wont let me put it in like this) I rented from winter 10 through fall '09. ...

Cinnamon Tree is a great lower budget place to live. If you are looking to save a little money on housing and don't mind sharing a room this place is pretty good. The ward is great, the people are very nice, and because of how the apartments are set up there are always people just out your front door talking and doing stuff. I haven't been in a more social ward than this. The walk to campus isn't bad from here other than you have to walk up the RB stairs but there is a bus stop just around the corner if you have a buss pass. Overall this is a pretty good place to live. I rented from spring '05 through winter '06. ...

By far the best value at BYU. Apartments aren't huge, but they aren't tiny either and the rent is cheap. When I was there, the ward was pretty cool and the Landlords (or the management) was understanding with late fees. The parking was never a problem. I rented from spring '04 through winter '05. ...

Not too bad if your into guys with parts, tight pants, and Napoleon Dynamite-esk dance moves. The apartments are old, kind of hotel style. I didn't like the social life because I'm not into the BYU nerdy folks but if you're one of those this is the place for you! I rented from fall '01 through spring '02. ...
