Small bedroom and bathroom at front of attractive house, with much privacy.
Full shared access to kitchen, dining room, utility room with washer and dryer, and space in large garage. Close to main wifi router, excellent connection.
Graduate student and above -- mature undergraduates will be considered. One person only. No smoking, no pets (although I like pets).
