Are you looking to rent out a bedroom in Tempe. We have a couple rooms available, just in case if you have a friend that wants to join you.
We are all college students pursuing our degrees, we are a fun young bunch of guys that don't smoke and don't do any kind of drugs. We are looking for a clean, organized, and respectful roommate.

- ASU bus they call the Orbit (the bus stop is very close, that will save you ASU parking fees/permit)
- We are walking distance to gas stations, bus stops, light rails minutes from Tempe market place
- 1 minute from the 60, 5 min bike ride from ASU.

- Lease term Aug. 1, 2021. 12-month lease through July 31, 2022.

HOUSE RULES:
- No drugs, smoking, or pets
- You will share the main bathroom with the other occupant, We have a routine monthly cleaning service included
- Girlfriends/SO's/friends are welcome over any time, but may not stay long-term (more than a couple days)
