Looking for someone to take over my lease at The Mark Tucson, starting as soon as possible through July 31st, 2023. It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath unit with a balcony and the floor plan is the Derby. The apartment and bedroom come fully furnished (queen size bed in bedroom). My bedroom is "D". There is laundry in the unit and there is a gym, sauna, three pools, a hot tub, study rooms, tanning beds, lots of outdoor space and shuttles that go every day every 15 minutes to the U of A campus, drop-off is at the 6th Street Garage. I have three other amazing roommates. There is a parking garage as well. Rent is $818 per month + about $35 per month in utilities. Garage parking is $90 per month but not required.
