I live in a Townhouse type called "Cottages of Tuscon." It is pet-friendly, and gender does not matter. Rent is 745$ a month with your own bathroom! (That's my favorite). Location is only 5-8min away from U of A (depending on traffic) & 10-12min away from PCC-West/Downtown

The bedroom is furnished! Washer & Dryer included and it works really well (another reason why I like this place). So far there are no pets in our place, and my roommates are so quiet and respectful!! Extra amazing!
