The property is a smaller complex in a Residential Neighborhood real close to Transportation and shopping. Just to the northwest of the Downtown Pine Avenue Area and the Mall.
We usually remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting and the Units are Freshly Cleaned. The pictures posted are of the actual unit near completion! This current unit needs to be photographed and is prepared nicer than the photos shown.
Pets- We will consider other types of Pets such as contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium, a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed. $250 Deposit, but no pet dogs or pet cats!
Utilities- The Tenant pays Electric, Gas, and Trash and the Owner pays Water, and Gardening on the common grounds. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
