My lease extends through June or you could sign a new 12-month lease. I am looking for someone to take it over as soon as possible.

I will pay your application fee and include my table and bench seats ($200 new), a pot, a pan, a baking sheet, cleaning products, a broom with a dustpan, and a swiffer sweeper.

The apartment is around the corner from Hook Fish and it is a couple blocks from Trouble Coffee. It has lots of light (west facing window), lots of cupboards, a pantry, and a small walk-in closet.

No pets are allowed and smoking isn't either.

An uncovered parking space is available for $75 a month.
