ROOMS Available in North Berkeley Community Home - We're looking for a great someone/couple to join us in Rosewood Hearth: a beautiful 14-bedroom, community co-living house in North Berkeley.

Our Rose Street home was just fully remodeled, designed and beautifully furnished for community living. The property consists of a large original front house and a converted 2 story condominium in the back. Please note the bedrooms are not furnished but all other spaces are.

As housemates we share beautiful, large common spaces that include a gorgeous, open living room with hardwood floors, large dining room, three furnished patios and multiple kitchens. Our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, brand new dish ware, dishwasher, cooking utensils and everything you'll need to cook up something great. There's a Vitamix blender and espresso machine, and a kitchen island we love to use for preparing house dinners or having a morning coffee.
