I am looking for a female undergraduate or graduate student, postdoctoral or visitor scholar that is interested in renting a furnished room in a friendly family home. Household consists of wife, husband and a graduate student. The room comes with a closet and furnished but it can be emptied if requested. The rent includes use of kitchen and laundry facilities. The room is available from 6/1/21 to 8/31/2021. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood (Villages Homes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggoDxR6GxEo ) with a large back yard; along the P/Q Unitrans bus lines. The house is pretty close to UC Campus, 1mile (5-minute bike ride), just three blocks from neighborhood supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. Amenities include community pool and off-street parking. No overnight guests and no pets are allowed. Rent is $750/month + $50 for utilities/month (gas, electricity, water and waste, high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection). $750 for first month rent + $50 for first month utilities and a deposit of $800 are due at move in.
