Almondwood Apartment, next to Northside Safeway, walkable distance and easy transport for G / J Line to the MU or Silo.

Bedroom:
The apartment is 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom. You can either rent out the entire place or just one room. If you choose to rent one, you will have a private single bedroom with a shared bathroom.
Rent:
$1,200/month (includes all utilities, garbage, electricity, wifi, and an outdoor parking spot for 1 bedroom.)

Or

$2,250 per month for 2bedroom1bathroom, which includes wifi, garbage, water, etc., and 2 outdoor parking spots.

Lease Duration:
The lease starts on December 1st and ends on August 15th, 2024.

Convenience:
The apartment is within close walking distance from Northside Safeway and the highway.

About Roommate:
You will be rooming with a UCD Senior. If you want to rent a room, they will be at home half the time, so you will often have the apartment to yourself. Rarely in Davis on the weekends.
