Currently looking for a housemate for the upstairs bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse in Almondwood Apartments in North Davis!
There is no gender preference, so anyone is welcome.

For $900/month, you get the spacious 110 square feet (10' x 11') upstairs bedroom (it's the room on the upper right on the floor plan), and we would share the upstairs bathroom shower.
Security deposit is $300, and the lease goes from now until August 30th 2022.
Ideally looking for a late March or early April move in.

The room is semi-furnished with a Twin XL mattress and bedding, a small bookshelf (not pictured), a power strip (not pictured), and some clothing hangers.

-1 block away from Anderson Shopping Center (Save Mart, Papa Murphy's, Guadalajara Taqueria, Firewings, and more!)
-close to Highway 113 and I-80 exits!
-10 minute drive away from Target/Costco/Best Buy in Woodland
-across the street from a Yolobus 42A/42B stop, should you need to commute to the Woodland/Sacramento area (The 42A/B also stops at the Sacramento Airport!)

I'm (she/her) a 25+ UC Davis undergraduate senior with nerdier interests that involve literature, photography and food. My partner (he/him) is a funny working professional, and we often video game together!
We are friendly, Covid-responsible, drug-free non-smokers, and would like to keep the common areas tidy and welcoming - please mention tacos in your reply if you are like-minded.
Our furry child (she's a cat) will live in the apartment as well, she's very chill and sweet! If you've ever wanted to live with a cat without any of the responsibilities, this is your chance! (:
