Hey everyone! I'm still looking for someone to sublease my private room and bathroom for a year starting in the end of August.

There are only 2 other people who share the common space (however no one has leased the other room out yet). The space is pretty big for 1400$

It is a fully furnished apartment including bed frame and mattress, dressers, closet space, desk and chair. As for the common space there is one big couch and small couch, 2 coffee tables, one kitchen table with four chairs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, an in-house washer and dryer, ac and heating available, working tv with channels and streaming services.

As for the apartment itself it's called ryder on Olive and has a lot of free amenities, printers, computers, pool, karaoke room, free coffee, pantry, a big gym, yoga room, meditation area, a study room on every floor, trash shoot on every floor, pet spa, game rooms. The apartment is on the second floor.

Parking is available, utilities and WiFi cost are separate. EV charging is available. So much bike parking is available.

It is a 5 min bike ride to campus and about a 5-10 min drive with car, it is right next to the in n out and Dutch bros right off the freeway. It is off campus housing and individual leasing so no need to share a lease with other housemates if they leave or whatnot.
