About The U Apartment
Looking for a male resident who will move in at June 1st. The room has 2 beds, but no other resident, so you get to use the bigger room yourself. You also get to use the bathroom yourself. You will live with 2 other housemates who are both quiet and respectful. You pay PGE bill separately, but other utilities are covered in the rent. You can renew the lease for the next year.
