If you decide to lease a brand-new MLK unit, we can provide temporary housing in shared apartments at 2729 Dwight Way at a discounted rate. Once MLK is ready, you can move into a brand-new furnished single/double room of your choice (the room rate will revert to the MLK rate).

2) Room #1 - B; double room; lower level; 170 sq ft; twin-size bed; $1,400/month + $125/mo Utilities
