I have a private bedroom in my 2Bd/1.5Bt townhouse located in Central Davis. I have loved living here for more than 4 years. The place is about a 10-minute walk and 3-minute bike from downtown Davis. The townhouse has in-unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating system, a small patio, and street parking.

I am a professional working for UC Davis and would like to share the space with someone whose reasonably quiet and organized. The place is available for only one person. Sorry, no pets.
