We are looking for someone to take over our lease effective on January 1, 2022 (ideal start date - some flexibility). The duration of the lease would be from 01/01/2022 to 08/31/2022, with the opportunity to renew the lease year to year thereafter.

This is a 1B1BA unit (597 sq. ft.). Rent is $1,845 per month plus $20/person for utilities (i.e., water, sewer, and garbage). As a bonus, Anderson Place Apartments are providing FREE high speed internet (xfinity; up to 200 mbps!). I work entirely from home and it has worked great for me.

The complex amenities include two on-site laundry facilities (card payment only), a pool/hot tub, small gym, and a business center with computers and printers.
