Looking for 1-2 people to sublease one bedroom over summer (June-August). The apartment is close to the F, G and J line, making it super convenient to get to school. There are many amenities, including access to the pool/clubhouse, a free parking spot, and also free printing (just bring paper). While anyone who is interested can contact us, we would prefer to find female subleasers for our room. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but our roommate does not want anything that could potentially damage her belongings. Price listed is for half of the room. The cost of electricity is variable, and it will be added onto the rent every month.
