Hi! I'm looking for 3-4 housemates for 2023/2024. Currently I am at The Colleges at La Rue and hope to keep the apartment, however my housemates are all graduating this year (2022-2023). Total rent is 3164 and will be split equitably and depending on housemate number, may be adjusted to aid peoples budget. That being said an equal split cost makes the rooms come out to $1050 for a single and $525 for a double. The apartment is across the street from the ARC and the laundry building is about 60 ft away. Parking spaces are available but must be reserved around October of the leasing year. Other things to note:

-while the electricity is billed to PG&E, the apartment is on the UC Davis grid, I have yet to deal with a black out

-Ethernet is available (again UcDavis ethernet)
