About Suite Central Davis for Lease Takeover
This is a suite for up to 3 people at Oxford Parkside Apartments, central Davis. The location is right next to Oxford Circle, 5-minute walk to U-Mall, and the Cuarto DC is nearby. Commute is also very convenient, the P line, C line, and K line are all within 1-minute walk. I would like someone to take over my lease ASAP, ideally before March 2021 (RENT NEGOTIABLE). My lease ends on August 31st, and there will be no increase in rent after renewal.
