Lease takeover June 17th -August 31st

Hi everyone, my name is Grace and Im graduating in the spring, i'm looking for someone to take over my single at The U Apartments, It's a 4 bed 2 bath apartment. But there would mostly like be 3 people in the apt including you. It's an all girls apartment so i'm looking for another female to take my place.

Rent is $1,020 (can be negotiated) a month not including PG&E (it's usually max 30) but includes parking and amenities. I will be moving out June 17th so Im looking for someone to move in anytime after that or we can discuss more details later.
