Hey, my name is Satvik Tripathi. I'm a sophomore at UCLA and I've signed a lease on Room 306 of 10944 Strathmore Drive for the 2022-2023 academic year (September 2022 - August 2023). It is a fully-furnished/full bath/full kitchen studio apartment, located one block from campus. The utilities (which are included in the rent) include high-speed internet, cable, water and trash. I'm looking for a roommate to join the lease with me. The rent is 1050 per roommate. I'm a Computer Science major. I'm extremely flexible: I can adjust my level of conversation to suit those around me, I don't make much noise, and I don't mind roommates bringing people over even though I don't plan to do so.
