I'm a student at UCLA (Westwood, Los Angeles), and I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the 2024-2025 school year. The apartment is wonderful and so are all the girls, I just really want a chance to live with some of my other friends!
Here is a little bit about the apartment:
It is located on 11090 Ophir Drive, so only a 15 minute walk to campus!
The rent is around $1090 per person, and I believe that there is a parking space up for grabs, or an additional one can be paid for as extra.
You would be taking my spot in a double! There are 6 other girls. Each room has its own bathroom. Each room also has its own access to the patio!
The living room is ginormous, it's probably the biggest living space out of all the apartments I've toured!
It is furnished and has in-unit washer/dryer, which is super convenient.
The lease goes from September 2024-2025, so perfect if you are planning on staying in LA during the summer, or you can totally sublease!
The girls are great, they are very social and they love talking about everyone's days!
