I am subleasing my room for the summer, it is available between 6/23 and 9/20. (If you would like to move in earlier or leave later, we may be able to figure out something.)
It is in a 2 Bedroom-2 Bathroom apartment in UCLA's Graduate Housing, approximately 5 minutes walking from the edge of the UCLA campus. The bathroom is within your bedroom, you only share the kitchen with your roommate.
You can take the room for 4000 dollars for the entire period. If you would like to take it for less time, you can try but I want you to pay for at least two months (approximately 2900 dollars). The security deposit is 1500 dollars, which you get back afer I return in September. You can pay eiher on a monthly basis or at once.
You need to be at least 21 years old and a student (not necessarily at UCLA).
