I am hoping I can help someone who needs a Short-Term stay in Westwood, 10 min walking distance to UCLA. It is very difficult to find a short-term lease in Westwood.
I signed a 6 months lease while I searched a permanent place to buy near UCLA (I did).
It is a very safe and clean building and clean unit. I searched for 3 months to find this apartment.

This apartment is ready to move-in (unfurnished) and has a full kitchen (refriegerator/oven/range top stove/microwave oven, dishwasher). You can easily furnish with an air mattress (under $50 at Target).

This is a secure, key entry, no-smoking building & pet is negotiable with pet deposit.
The rent incudes electricity, water, & gas, and WiFi (with a modem).
The building has gated garage (1 assigned) and laundry facility.
