I am looking for someone to take-over the lease for my private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on the Hill next to the CU Boulder campus at 932 Marine Street. The room for rent is amazing! It has bright lighting from large windows and 2 skylights as well as a peaked ceiling! There is a door leading to a balcony AND there is a loft accessed by fixed ladder. From the loft, there is access to the rooftop "deck". Doors and windows all have working locks. Big closet and additional storage cubby. Parking is included in the driveway, and there is also street parking available. You would have access to the living and dining areas, kitchen, 1/2 of a refrigerator (there are 2), outdoor patio, in-unit laundry. I will leave the air conditioning unit in the room for you. There are three other girls who will also be living in the house. The rent is $1,350 a month, which includes heat. Other utilities have run $150 month.
