Hello!! Me and my roommate are looking for a roommate, guy or girl, either for the whole school year or just the fall semester. We will be living in the Uncommon apartments located central old town which is a short walk from the bars. We are both 21 year old men. I'm a full time student at CSU and my other roommate works full time. Rent is 813 a month, all utilities included aside from electricity and it comes furnished. The apartment is pet friendly so if you have a pet you're more than welcome to live here. Parking is available through the city in several lots about a block away from the apartments. Move in is August 17th.
