UTILITIES and FEES: Resident pays electric directly to Xcel Energy for metered electricity. A flat fee of $59 is due each month for heat/hot water, water, and internet. Common Area Maintenance Fee of $39 per month. Parking fees for each car is $25 each space (two spaces required not optional). This fee changes with each lease renewal based on previous year's actual. The new amount will be communicated via email at lease renewal.
