Liability $12 monthly
Utilities are separate, $50 monthly; water, trash, sewer paid to the property. Electric and gas are paid to Xcel energy in select units

Rental Qualifications;
Must make 2.5 times the rent (all adults over 18 combined)
We run credit and criminal background checks
credit should be over 600
We will take evictions that must be 5 years old and paid off
Any money owed or skip on a lease are denied
