About Creekside Apartments-1 Block south of CU Campus
We will begin leasing for the Fall 2024/Spring 2025 school year on December 1, 2023. At that time, we will be showing apartments Monday-Friday from 11am-4pm. The security deposit of one month's rent is due when you sign the lease. You do not need an appointment. We offer 9 month leases over the school year, as well as 12 month leases.
