Clean, spacious apartment with flat-rate utilities and affordable rent. The common room has an in-unit washer/dryer, refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, sink, and dishwasher. The TV is in-unit and 40", with an in-built high-speed Wifi router. The common room lighting is customizable and bright, with the central chandelier almost purposely placed to flex and look like a million in front of the wall mirror--and no, you don't have to be buff; the lighting will do that for you. We've added a couch with fold-out footrests, beanbags, and a side table, and the room has built-in wall-to-wall carpeting.
The bathroom contains a clean sink, hot shower, toilet, and shelving for towels, wet wipes, and whatever else you wish to store. It also has a 24" mirror and a 10" side mirror.
The bedroom has three windows open to clean, cool 3rd-floor air. It comes with blinds to close out said windows, five dual-plug electrical outlets, a built-in armoire, and wall-to-wall carpeting. The space can fit a king-size bed, desk, and extra storage space and shelving.
