This is an unfurnished beautifully remodeled, contemporary apartment located two blocks from the Yale University Campus and Yale New Haven Hospital. The sublease term end date is March 8, 2023. From there a leasing continuance is an option with the Parkside City Crossing Leasing Office. Utilities are not included in the stated price, but I would be willing to cover the utility expenses as a special offer for taking over the remainder of the lease. There is an optional additional $150 parking fee per month at the apartment if there is a need and this is a standard amount charged by Yale's facilities in comparison. If there are pets, the appropriate accommodations that are required can be discussed with the leasing office at the time of sublease contracting.
