A very convenient location that is close to shopping (Stop and Shop is down the street), major highways, Fastrack (across the street!), and all the great West Hartford dining/entertainment options. Newington is a central location that closely boarders five other towns making this a commuter’s dream.

This complex is tucked away on a private road and has expansive open green space/yard. The grounds create a secluded, private, and quiet feel to the complex. The property is well managed and has majority owner occupied units.
