From there, a flexible term leasing continuance of the same unit is an option with the Parkside City Crossing Leasing Office. Pierpont City Crossing amenities are accessible with residence at this location. Utilities are not included in the stated price, but I would be willing to cover the utility expenses as a special offer for taking over the remainder of the lease, an approximate $300 value to help with your move. There is an optional additional $150 parking fee per month at the apartment and this is a standard amount charged by Yale's facilities in comparison. If there are pets, the appropriate accommodations that are required can be discussed with the leasing office at the time of sublease contracting.
