What are you looking for in a tenant?
Someone looking for easy city living to stay for the duration of the lease.

What do you love about this place?
I love being so close to a variety of restaurants, being close to the yellow/green and red metro lines, and being a block away from a grocery store. The amenities in the building are great and easy to schedule, as they have to be reserved in advance for cleaning/distancing. The staff and maintenance are always helpful and respond quickly.

What isn't so great about this place?
The unit is next to the trash chute, which can be loud around 5-6pm, but there’s only 2 floors above the unit. The balcony only looks out to an older building across the street, so there’s not much of a view. The bedroom is small and doesn’t have a window/natural light, which was nice for shift work.
